4 years in a row Tampa loses in round 1. Cooper not having a good year. Time for a change?

Game 7's are so much easier to watch when you don't have a rooting interest. I really don't care who wins the Cup, I just want to see more game 7's. This was a very strange game, tb dominated for much of the game but couldn't put the biscuit in the basket!

Man I am really happy right now. I’ve been wanting that Canadiens and Sabres 2nd round matchup since the playoffs started and now it assures one of them is in the ECF. Now if Philly could just find some real magic and knock off the Canes I would be ecstatic

And if the Wild could knock off the Refalanche. Go Minnesota.

I'll be behind Montreal; really like what they're building. Fun team to watch (not so much tonight).

Philly is my Eastern team, but it doesn't look overly good for them.

Did Dobes say in his interview that he grew up in St. Louis? Not certain, because of his Czech accent.

From wikipedia:

Dobeš left his native Czechia at the age of 16 and settled in St. Louis, Missouri, where he lived with family friend and former St. Louis Blues forward Ľuboš Bartečko. He joined the St. Louis AAA Blues youth club and enrolled at De Smet Jesuit High School. Following success with both the AAA Blues and De Smet, Dobeš joined the Topeka Pilots of the North American Hockey League (NAHL)

Unreal that they pulled that off with 9 registered shots. Avs and Wild looking like they might get that many goals each tonight.

And the game winner really wasn't even a shot on goal. More like a shot on the goalie.

Tonight was a great example of how different, weird and unpredictable hockey can be. 2 games at both ends of the spectrum. One was a mind numbing debacle and the other was a mind blowing barn burner. Fun night of hockey.
