It has been a refreshing start to the 2026 Cardinals season. This group has already shown flashes of grit and tenacity and it looks like they’re playing for each other. Rebuild, reset, retool, who cares? They’re playing fundamental baseball and competing at a high level. That’s a formula to get butts back in the seats in this town. Keep rolling, GO CARDS!

It's been fun watching so far. But a sea of red would make it better. If they're still winning when school is out, we should see some better crowds.

I think I saw more Cards fans at the Astro games than some of the games in the Lou. I am half kidding, but there really was a ton of Cards fans there this weekend and I am not just talking about Winn's entourage.
