I don't usually do this but thought it was interesting.
Why is it interesting?
Always reluctant to try and speak for someone else, but perhaps because our bullpen has hemorrhaged hits and runs in every game so far?
Ok...and? Are we bemoaning Helsley not being on the team?

He's getting $14 million a year for the next 2'years...

Do you know the biggest contract on the Cards and what this year is about?

I'll give you a clue...he's a starting pitcher whose surname is a month
Johnny October?

I’m not surprised he has done well. I’m not surprised how much he is getting paid. I’m not surprised we traded him. I won’t be surprised if he has a great season.

You would agree with anyone who disagrees with me. I check every box score every day. It is interesting to see how others are doing, just not Cardinals. I also see that some are interested in how Donovan is doing. You older guys should remember back in the day when we checked box scores in the "Sporting News".

Also, what I posted was not negative against the current Cardinals, it was how former Cardinals are performing.

This entire forum has gone down the drain when every positive comment is turned to a pissing match.

A 31 year old reliever making $14,000,000 this season? Don’t think so. And if any poster is talking about former Cardinals, why not list them all?

You used to be a nice man. Now you are a grumpy old man.
With you it has always been about money.

All I did was state stats.
