It’s getting to the point where if there’s a choice between a head scratcher decision and an obvious one, they’ll choose the head scratcher every time.
The last game in Florida and there’s no JJ, or Church, or Herrera?
Oli plays it like some Sunday get away game.

Oli has Scheduled off day detailed through Sept……believe it’s one of his favorite managerial duties. Someone mentioned “Cooler”. Perfect Name.
This little idiot has team full of 25 and unders and he’s worried about off days.

I’m fine managing workload, but screw sticking to scheduled days off. If a guy gets hot let him ride it out and push back his day off. If he is ice cold give him a break earlier than planned. Definitely one of Oli’s worst traits and I’m not a total Oli hater like some

Toilet paper roll

1-3. "On a tear!"
Awful early to be drunk, Souty.
That's Old Red...

Velasquez has the 3rd most ABs right behind Just Worthless. Guess who also can play defense, and hit?

Clueless. Maybe you should be drinking so you have an excuse
Last time I checked there were 3 outfield spots. Walker and Velasquez could both play at the same time. Was that too difficult for you to figure out?
Who deserves to play...who is actually performing and has performed?

You are 100% right. Walker has not earned a spot. But oli and the organization is going to give it to him. Another ridiculous "runway " season.

Grip It & Rip It Mr. Walker!
Walker has stated that his intention now is to stop thinking about the idiotic and incompetent demands of the coaching staff and simply focus on hitting the ball.
This, of course, is precisely what I have advised for 2+ years.
Over the past couple of days, his results have been very, very different as a direct result of doing as I have advised.
Ignore the foolish demands that you change your game.
Forget launch angle.
Don't think about back spin.
Don't worry about hitting the ball on the ground too often.
He is a strong man - and naturally hits the ball hard.
Just do that.
Simply make contact on the first pitch in the zone and results will take care of themselves.
Which is exactly what we have seen over the past couple of day.
Easy.
Obvious.
Correct.
