As far as I'm concerned, the Cardinals for the most part, aside from Hererra, trotted the B team out there today.
Might want to rethink that.
Herrera's first game at catcher.
4 runs surrendered in 4 innings.
Worst so far in spring training.
Coincidence?
Probably not.
Anytime Herrera is catching, he is the "D" team.

Corrected typo above.
5 runs in 4 innings with Herrera catching.
Maybe the team showing their excitement for the Oli extension?
I think it’s possible for the players to actually like Oli, and still not be all that confident in his managerial skills!

Please don't make me suffer and watch Kyle Leahy or Andre Pallante in the rotation this season.
Seriously. Leahy in the rotation weakens both the bullpen and rotation and Pallante is awful.
What’s the point of all the selloffs and trades for pitchers if you can’t find better options than those two? Rushing someone isn’t ideal but neither is holding on too long to someone whose had plenty of chances and performed poorly (Pallante) and jerking a guy like Leahy around when he’s already carved out a valuable role.
