He was clearly in good position. If he tries raising his blocker he is just risking the shot going low blocker. Only so much a goalie can do.

I think his act has worn thin around here. We want more out of him. We can see his mediocre record and stats over the last few years. I wonder what is wrong with him. He has some mental stuff going on--confidence issues. I personally get tired of folks on here sticking up for him when he gives up 4 or 5 each game. He has to be held accountable. He has lost his edge IMO.


I'm worn out by him and would like to see him go away. Stil love what he's done for the team. He can win the big one but can't win on regular season to get us to the playoffs.(IMHO)

I get all that, and that’s fine, but every goal is his fault. We had folks in here a couple weeks ago blaming him for a goal literally deflected 4 ft in front of him. I don’t have an issue with people griping about goals, but you see one goal go in vs him and Binnington is awful, the same goal at the other end and it’s what a great shot.
