he seems to have lost all of his offensive I.Q. indecisive on his drives (unlike Barrett, who forces his way in), doesn't see the floor, can't make an outside shot.

Remember when West used to take the ball around his waist every FT. I used to ask why Gates doesn’t stop that, but West was an 80% FT shooter so who knows.
