Honestly, I don’t quite understand this. Is there some anniversary I’m missing? Would she have been a certain age? Does Carolyn Kindle Betz just a super fan? Was KPop Demon Hunters just so big that they thought they’d just sell the craap out of these Away Kits?

I don’t know if I like them or hate them, but I certainly don’t get them…

Tina Turner graduated from Sumner High School in North St. Louis. That is the same high school Chuck Berry graduated from. I'm guessing City SC will honor Chuck Berry in two years with a tribute jersey. Both Tina Turner and Chuck Berry have bronze stars on the St. Louis Walk of Fame in the Delmar Loop. Chuck Berry's statue is also in the Delmar Loop across from Blueberry Hill. Both are St. Louis icons!!

Here's a video I shot of Tina Turner's bronze star on the St. Louis Walk of Fame, the day after she passed away at age 83 on May 24, 2023:

I doubt they’ll honor Chuck Berry. When the Fleur de Noise was looking for song ideas, they dismissed any and all Chuck Berry songs because of the bathroom cameras
