A new ranking by Time Magazine ranks Mizzou at #124 in the world. In the SEC, only Vanderbilt is higher at #25.

Texas at 37 is SEC. I don't get this list though. No WashU, SLU or Truman?

I missed that. I'm still not thinking SEC when I see Texas. Texas has boatloads of money.

The ranking places emphasis on the extent to which students achieve extraordinary success.

That's about the most ethereal measuring stick as one could have. What is extraordinary success? How is it measured?
