Solid road win. 6-4 in the SEC looks very good right now. Next up, a tough one @ Texas A&M.

Re: Missouri - South Carolina
Halfway through the 2nd half I thought that we should be up big & why can't we ever put a team away, then we did. Was our it good play or SC's bad? Some of both? Looked like SC gave up near the end. Did Meechie oversleep for this morning game?

Meechie can wreck a game plan so I'll take it.MizzouMarv wrote: ↑07 Feb 2026 14:40 pm Halfway through the 2nd half I thought that we should be up big & why can't we ever put a team away, then we did. It was a very good win on the road and maybe they can build on it!
Re: Missouri - South Carolina
This was a must win, and they did it after a rough spell in the 1st half.
10-8 doesn't look so hard to get now. But we shall see. At minimum, beat Texas and Vandy at home and OU and MSU on the road.
BTW, Sooners are up 21 at Vandy in the 2nd half. Vandy can be up and down, and doesn't have much size. Tigers can beat them at home.
The 2 Arky games, UT and A&M will be tough. But so were Florida, Kentucky and Auburn, and they won all 3 of those.

Good interview of Jayden Stone on the SEC post-game show. Clever "young" man. Unequivocal: unambiguous. I'm pretty sure I've never used that in a sentence.
New hairdos lately. Pierce & Stone going with the T.O. bush look. I don't get the braids, especially the ones that hang down over their eyes. That's got to be distracting.

He'd appreciate your use of the word clever to describe him. Aussies love that word. I used to converse with several in chat rooms when the Internet was brand-new.MizzouMarv wrote: ↑07 Feb 2026 16:27 pm Good interview of Jayden Stone on the SEC post-game show. Clever "young" man. Oklahoma will play the spoiler in their remaining games. Oklahoma just knocked off Vandy.
I would love to see Tigers knock off Vandy and Texas.
I still remember when we lost to Vandy on a Tyler Nickel three in the closing minutes.
This time Vandy plays at Mizzou. We can beat them.
Mizzou can beat anybody when they play with consistency.
