With all of the attention on the Tkachuks, Keller and Joy Dunne - and rightfully so, I wanted to remind folks of Nick Saracino. Nick is Playing for Team Italy. Heckuva player. Won a Div 1 championship at Providence .. won Tier ll with Jr. Blues ... won Anderson Cup at Cedar Rapids. Won back to backs at CBC in 08 and 09 where the teams he played on went 100-10- 4 during his last three years skating for the Cadets. Great young man and a great family!

Yes, his dad Chris owns Chris’ Pancakes and uncle Bart owns Bartolinos restaurants! Pretty cool story. Nick applied for dual citizenship and here he is in the Olympics!
