As most here probably anticipated, the McKenna charge was reduced to a misdemeanor (almost like hockey officials calling a major just to make call reviewable ). Suspect he'll plead and get some probationary sentence. The victim probably will get a nice chunk of McKenna's NIL money in a civil settlement.
