Going to be a Long Break

The Olympic Games themselves will be fun, but…the trolls are going to constantly troll (thankfully I block them)….the rumors are going to be beaten even more than a dead horse…and we’ll all going to count down to see what the Blues do. Feb 23 trade freeze lifts. Feb 26 Kraken at Blues.

Looking forward to the break. Plan on watching some of the NLL on ESPN+. Been paying attention to it a bit this year and i really like the game. They have a nice league going with a great mix of American and Canadian teams…and it can be pretty violent. If you have ESPN+ check it out. Games on Friday and Saturday nights for the most part.

didn't see this thread yet before I posted one. Hopefully some people bite and they choose to make some megathreads for the Olympic break. Too bad we don't have real mods here who can stick stuff and delete others. There basically should be "Olympic Break Trade Rumors" "Schenn Trade Rumors" "kyrou trade rumors" "thomas trade rumors" "faulk trade rumors" and all should be stickied. The amount of reposts from other fans boards on meaningless activity is going to pollute any decent conversation.

I will be watching as much Olympic hockey as I can. Look to watch the Blues players, and then any marquee matchup. I don't really get into the USA vs anyone else until the medal round stuff. When that happens, it's fun to support the squad. Otherwise, I just hope the Blues players have great experiences and find their games again.

Last I checked, time clicks the same for all of us. We are in for a short season. meaning no playoffs.
