He has lost it completely. Even worse than his recent slumps. When you give up 4 or 5 every game its not the team--its the goalie.

Hofer has been a mess as well But much much better than Binner. He has sucked.
I can’t argue with that at all. To go full circle, the Blues were horrific in 2018/19 season because Jake would give up 1 or 2 bad goals each game. The overall team had no faith in their goalie and it ruined the team. Once Binnington came in and provided solid (frequently spectacular) goaltending, the season changed on a dime. This season, with an inferior team, I would say the goaltending is even worse than 2018.

In 18/19, we were outplaying teams. We held possession metrics and shots. This year, we aren't holding possession and often get outshot. We also don't tie up sticks as well that that defense did. It remains our biggest issue. That and regular forwards who actually play defense when away from the puck.
