I like that Buchnevich has been rejuvenated since being given responsibility as a Center. Kyrou finally on with his shot. Now how about Snuggerud getting some luck

That's the hard part with Kyrou for a contending team. He isn't going to be able to fit into their salary pools unless they really see something they want to upgrade over like a defensemen. It would just be a hard trade to navigate. The only way I see Kyrou going to a contender, is if someone traded basically an 8m defender our way and they took LM or Faulk with Faulk retaining and then they kick in draft picks. It just doesn't make sense. Blues can't retain on Kyrou. They really can only retain on Faulk/Schenn/Suter/Binner and then the UFA's.

I don't see the Blues doing that. You would have to find another hockey club that isn't competing for the playoffs who is interested in shaking their lineup up as well and both making a hockey trade in value.
