Bloom is trying to raise the ceiling here, not the floor.
Those guys help raise the floor. You need players with big upside, too.

LMAO
It never ceases to amaze me the number of posters who:
*Have ZERO first hand knowledge of a player and have NEVER seen him play.
Yet
Rush to immediate judgement in criticizing his talent?
Oh and for the record:
I have zero first hand knowledge of these players!
I have NEVER seen them play!
I have NO CLUE as to how to grade this or any of the deals!
So I am taking an OBJECTIVE wait and see approach.
Go Cards!

See, I haven't seen Fitts/Dobbins/Ledbetter do anything in the major leagues. Pardon me if I'm not impressed. This team is going to lose and lose big. Maybe for years. So in here will be as happy as pigs in the mud. I'll pass on all that losing for no reason. An Old Friend wrote: ↑02 Feb 2026 20:54 pmThat’s fine… you value proximity over ceiling.
