GDT: Blues at Preds 7:00 FanDuel

Post by hotrivets »

Blues haven't released the lineup as far as I can see because why would any function of the team be done right this year?

LOL! 😂

Or should I cry? 😭

Either seems appropriate!

Dylan should sue for hippa violation. High ankle is way too descriptive for the nhl.

Dvorsky goes from not on the team to top center in just a few months.
Overall, seems to be handling it well. Real curious to see what he looks like in another year+, in a better team environment (hopefully).

HIPPA violation? First thing I thought of was Three Year Letterman. If you're on Twitter ...

Neighbours is back. Buchy and Kyrou sagged a lot without him, even though Fabbri might have been a finalist for "Three Stars of Compete". Neighbours is incredibly bright and is a finalist for that same award most nights and, possibly our next Captain. I wonder if the two Pariahs are rekindled. Our Second Line might be loosely labelled," The Messiah/Pariah Line".

he's a required team anchor. coming into this season I expected him to get the over on 50 games played. he'll keep emerging because he already decided to, and whether the rest of the Blues are good won't matter. not to discount team environment just saying one element I treasure in this specific player is his will to be exceptional. his countenance lives on the confident/arrogant line.

we need to supplement him with lots of talent, and if we had a defensive support beam, we have enough defensive depth and winger skill at the right ages to reasonably do that.

Right on. Something similar to "The Swagger Line", perhaps?

First thing I thought when I saw the lineups was "Dvorsky vs ROR" - any of their lines will be a handful, but this will be a test in various ways.

I've said for a while that Dvo is like a combination of ROR and Tank.

It's possible that Dvo will be in both Selke and scoring talk someday, maybe (but hopefully not) the Lady Byng as well. But, he's got a long way to go, and isn't anywhere near ROR at 20. Maybe he can learn something tonight.

yes! this is so perfectly stated, thank you, as this is the sentiment that popped in my head upon reading "in a better team environment"

Dalibor IS the new team environment!
