Im guessing MU'S making number is 5.
5 more wins and maybe having to get one in the SEC tournament to ensure a Big Dance spot.

The win is great to see and the biggest thing to put in the books so mission accomplished congrats coach.
I thought TO had another good game on the point. I thought their defense did a better job on the perimeter. Their FT percentage was almost 80% and they played about even on the rebounding stat both sides. They were the better team and played as such and won the game so all good.
But yes, I agree with a lot of the criticisms and it's the repetitive ones that are so annoying. More than that a lot of the points being made here have to get addressed if the team is to get better. Being the big man I would point to Phillips as key...they need him to play well inside but he can be a careless player and this team has no room for that if they want to make a run. A lot of this is correctable.
I'm looking at the schedule. I'm looking for progress any where one can find it and it seems this game can be labeled only as a baby step. For now I'll take it but they have to play better yet to make it to the dance.
Gates has his work cut out for him let's see what he can do better as well.

Counting on the final 4 selections to get in is no way to go.

Looking at the brackets and Georgia is at 36?
How can that be? Georgia is 4 and 5
Georgia has lost three in a row and their Schedule for next nine games is tough.
Georgia will be lucky to win 7 games.
Mizzou certainly deserves better than Georgia and Blue Cain.
Mizzou played a soft non-conference schedule but have already beaten Florida, Auburn and Kentucky. That has to count for something.
If Mizzou can beat Tenn and Texas at home and steal a couple of road games, they should get in!
