Mailloux has 100% been improving hes been OK more or less lately made a really nice pass last night. Sure a puck bounced off Binnie, off of Mailloux's leg into the net. Not sure thats worth hemming and hawing about.

Has been a + in 1 of his past 15.
Keep in mind he’s very situationally protected.
Imagine if he was a Hawk….you’d be saying so many positives.
Instead you’re a homer who dummies down the place.
Would be cool to see the footage of all his shifts from the 7gp for Montreal last season when he posted 2 goals and 2 assists. Granted, he was -5 during those games but had to show more aggressiveness than we currently see.
He was def more aggressive early this season but not in a positive way. There's got to be a happy medium somewhere in between that can be found before 200 freaking games played.
He’s trying to play it safe. Last night numerous times he was going to make a play and then changed what he was going to do. I have no issue with him playing it safe. He was also on the ice for 2 goals against that had nothing to do with anything he did wrong.

Well yeah … he knows this isn’t sustainable and that he won’t be in the NHL if it continues.
