CCF - I feel your pain but we can't give up.
We have to keep fighting.
Let's face it, we have 3 players who are decent, Mitchell, T.O., and Stone. The rest are mid major level players who have good game now and then but mostly bad. We are 3-10 from the line and can't make a basket and fail to guard the three game after game. Alabama has taken 33 shots, 23 from three, it might be a good idea to try to stop them.

I am starting to think Robinson has regressed into a Mid Major player.
Man, has Robinson lost it.
Gates gave him the keys to the offense and he has failed miserably.
There is no way he will stick around for next year especially with Crowe coming in.

This team is going to suffer some humiliating defeats from here on out. It's almost unbelievable they are this bad fundamentally.

Gates, the "great" recruiter, can't put 5 guys on the floor that can play.

There’s so much to moan and grown about with this team but 3-12 from the FT line is just unacceptable. This isn’t just an off game either, this is a continuous problem.

The turnovers are ridiculous. They can’t shoot, their offense is so predictable. They don’t have a guy they can go to for a basket. It’s truly frustrating.

4-14 from the free throw line is laughably bad.

Might be a GT on Barret.

The rise and fall of Anthony Robinson.

Robinson has lost all confidence. It is sad to see him regressing as bad as he is.

When Coach goes to the portal to look for players and styles that will complement his team, I have to wonder what he is looking at or for that matter, what he’s looking for. Who did he bring in that actually helps this team. Someone is going to mention Stone but I think he stands out because everyone else is so poor. Mack, Porter, Phillips, Northweather just don’t add much to this team.

Gates not as good as Rick Barnes at getting his players to defend that three point line.

He took the only guys he could get, none of them should have been recruited. The one guy he hit on, no one else wanted.

Thing is if Pierce and Robinson were cornerstones as juniors as they should be then it might not matter but of course that has never been the case.

If this about money and what his budget is then something has to change or these (donkey) kickings are going to happen frequently. I’m not absolving Gates of his responsibilities but there isn’t much talent to work with. Gates has to make better decisions about who to bring in.

My belief is Gates gave big dollars to Mitchell, Robinson and Pierce and was running short on NIL money.
Next year, give Gates more NIL money and let him be competitive in the transfer portal.

Enough, already. The only thing Dennis Gates is building at Missouri is another level of mediocrity. His program is going nowhere. Another coaching con job. That seems to be all Mizzou is good for any more, rewarding mediocre coaches who take the millions while producing nothing of value. I hope those two five stars he conned into coming to Columbia wake up in time to change their minds and go somewhere that will actually help them grow. Gates' "program" at Mizzou sure isn't it.
