Why the hatred for Cusumano? He has the same ins that many other people have that cover Mizzou. He heard something and passed it on.

I believe the recruit you are talking about is Ronnie Wingo and he didn’t get in the way. He knew Wingo’s father and Wingo was set to come to Mizzou until a late night visit from the University of Texas the night before signing day. Texas brought a nicer payday with them and Wingo changed his mind. Cusumano didn’t get in the way but relayed what happened and the reason Wingo changed his mind.

He had to wait for Ole Miss to process the paperwork which finally happened last night. It's basically a done deal. He isn't waiting to find out about Chambliss.

Agree, he also mentioned a LB from Miami coming. I’m not sure why the hatred for Cusumano. A STL guy who does try to cover the local scene and his “sources” were pretty accurate here. He mentioned this a couple of days ago.
