Just fell apart the last 4 minutes. 3 of last 4 possessions a single player tried to do it all by himself and took highly contested shot in traffic. No idea why we stopped playing team ball and went back to 1 on 5 basketball. Second game in a row that we did better with Pierce and Mitchell watching down the stretch.

Hated the result, but we lost that game between the 6:00-3:00 minute mark with bad defense and selfish offensive play. I do question why Gates had two big men on the floor for Georgia final possession when Georgia had 4 PGs. Seems like a coaching gaffe right there.

Not saying it was one sided, nor am I saying it was the reason we lost, but probably the worst officiating I have seen in college game. Pat Adams should not be allowed to cross the border into Missouri.

I wondered the same thing. we had 6'9" Mitchell and then 7'0" Phillips hopelessly trying to keep up with a 5'11" jitterbug.
