Army said the Blues wanted 8 years and Broberg’s camp wanted 4. They compromised and made it a 6 year deal.
I think it’s a great deal for the Blues.

Good deal for both sides. Getting him for under 9 million aav was a win for the organization.

I like that he only wanted 4 years.

The contract is fine and will age ok. He can skate and is mobile with some reach.

Just not sure I’ll ever really like the player. Time will tell.

I hope he can become more of an impact player in the next few seasons but I think as long as he’s healthy he’ll be worth the contract.
