Never thought I'd see the day Indiana would play for a CFB championship.

Indiana 27

Miami 20

So much for protecting the QB.

Already a late hit and a shot to the head on Mendoza by Miami and no call.

Indy up early 3-0.

Hoosier defense fired up, like someone's hittin' on their sister.

IU is going to break one of these running plays.

Miami can still win this game, but you have to be impressed by how good all around Indy is. Superior coaching in particular.

If I was asked whi h team was most likely to lay an egg tonight I would have said Miami.

Still plenty of time but Miami needs to get the next score.

I just don’t understand why coaches do this to kickers. He’s 50/50 at best from 50+ yards. You just need 2 yards to get the 1st down. Go get it and try to get 7. Maybe you get there, maybe you don’t. But at least try. You might leave with a much more makeable field goal. But his chances of making that there were not good.

If you have a stud kicker who’s 80% from 50+ I can kind of see it. But that was a dumb decision and all you’ve done is further beaten down a kicker whose confidence is probably already shaky. You might need him later in the game and now he’s probably really questionable.

Apparently he had more confidence in his kicker than he did in his offense.

IU's defense may already be in Miami's head.

Start of the 4th Quarter Indiana defense looks gassed...came out in the 2nd half flat footed, then after the blocked kick they let Miami move right on down the field...hands on their hips, jogging to make tackle, hesitation...all signs of a tired defense.

Miami players are huge...great athletes too.

I'm looking for Miami to win the game....
