Oh, I know, just telling you the facts. Up to this point Pierce has been meh on three point shooting.Armchair QB wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:42 pmLightning Rod wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:38 pmPierce feeling it tonight, but overall he shoots the three the same as Mitchell, but I agree.Whatashame wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:35 pm When is Coach ever going to tell Mitchell that he can’t shoot anymore 3s. It’s like a kid in grade school. He makes one out of ten and when he does make that one 3 he looks at the coach and says “see, I told you I could make 3s”.
Rod, there is no comparison. Pierce has a beautiful shot and release. Mitchell shoots the 3 like he’s actually right handed. Just watch the 2 shoot the ball. Fundamentally they’re not close.

Boateng will be a contributor next year.Armchair QB wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:35 pmHe may just never be a scorer at this level. Not enough game. Decent defense so far otherwise we’d be down by a big number.
He still is in the learning phase.
He won't help Mizzou much this year.

I've seen nothing to indicate he will be productive, but I hope you're right. We've both seen guys make tremendous improvement from year to year so it could happen, but his play last year and 16 games this year leave me skeptical.straight out of st louis robert ave wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:46 pmBoateng will be a contributor next year.Armchair QB wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:35 pmHe may just never be a scorer at this level. You have to remain skeptical on Boateng and hope for the best.
I still believe Gates made some recruiting errors bringing in Mack, Philips and Porter.
Jevon is just like his brother - "BACK PROBLEMS". The guy is useless along with Mack.

Boateng is so bad.
Re: AU big test for MU
Needs to know when to kick it back out for a better shot and the “go up in traffic and expect a foul” doesn’t work in SEC

Boateng, my goodness. Seeing more T. O., less Ant, now Mack and Boateng together. I don't get it.

Facts: Pierce in 3 games coming into today was 31% on 3. Not great. Not bad. Considering he missed the entire pre-season that’s pretty good.Lightning Rod wrote: ↑14 Jan 2026 18:45 pmOh, I know, just telling you the facts. That % is going way up tonight. He’s a good shooter Rod. Trust me.
