Had a solid game today. Plus clutch down the stretch on FTs. Him and Robinson seem to play well together.

And what’s nice is, he’s still getting his legs back. I can see him being a force by middle of the conference season.

Stone is better than Grill. A much smoother player.

Definitely more athletic and quicker than Grill. I think you summed it up well with smoother... Didn't like his decision, at the end, on the long inbounds catch. He should have just pulled it out to kill some time and wait for his teammates. Fortunately their best player tonight missed a bunny on the other end. MIZ

When that ball went in the air i was like "W-T-F....."

But I agree with both comments on this player. What a great find.

Hard to compare both yet. Grill had a few times where he went cold for several games in a row, where his poor shooting percentage really hurt as we needed those baskets. Like both players, but ask this same question at the end of the season. I hope Stone proves to be more valuable and wins some games when on the line...in post season play.

Stone is also much better at creating his own shot. Grill had a hard time getting open or creating off the dribble when other teams started focusing on him. He was more of a spot-up catch-and-shoot guy than Stone is.
