Maybe you were joking, but I haven’t heard much negative. He had some turnovers, his decision making got him in some trouble. But otherwise people rave about his arm talent, leadership, and he’s reportedly very smart. Ole Miss people love him. And if they’re anything like Mizzou fans, overall we’ve loved maybe 2 QB’s in the last 25 years. Not me, I love all these guys. They suit up, they’re Tigers until they (bleep) on us.

Having him and Zollers competing might be the best arm talent we’ve had on the same roster since 2008.

Talent level has definitely been raised.

Now you've got 8 months or so to coach them up and play to their respective strengths.

That's what good coaches do not try and fit square pegs into round holes.

We'll see if the new OC and Drinkwitz can make this a reality.
