The Penguins parlayed the Kevin Hayes 2nd-round pick into Chinakov. Army made a huge personnel and salary mistake in Kevin Hayes, and to cover up that mistake he made a desperate trade with Pittsburg. The trade accomplished NOTHING for the Blues EXCEPT to get rid of Army's mistake.

As a Pens fan this was a questionable trade. Pens need young scoring wings but Chinakov is highly suspect at this point. Not happy with this deal at all. As a Blues fan we will miss that 2nd rounder this upcoming summer. Must sell Faulk and Schenn by the deadline.
