What’s it like for Stenberg, Snuggs etc. to play for a bad team?

These young guys were stars on successful teams probably their entire lives and finally make it to the NHL and are on a terrible team? It must be a strange feeling.

Probably, but also how do you think guys like McDavid, Etc have felt. Guys like that are generational and still haven’t tasted true victory yet. Can’t imagine the feeling losing the big show twice in a row.

These guys aren’t the first young players to be playing on a team that is struggling. This is where the leadership of this team comes into play. Not only the coaching staff but the leaders inside that room. Hopefully guys like Schenn, Neighbours, Faulk, Fowler have a strong presence to keep the kids focused on the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful.

IF Kyrou, Buchnevich or anyone else is a distraction then it’s up to Armstrong to fix that problem. Team leadership is so important when things are tough.

I wouldn't worry about them too much.
