We still own the worst goal differential by a long shot at -35. Sabres are -2. Avs are an incredible +63.

Ouch.
I've been impressed by the guy.
Certainly not flashy, but plays a very sound game.

Same. Not a bad guy to have in your bottom-6.

Maybe Fabbri slots back into the lineup and we get to keep Stenberg longer without complication. Likely to see Joseph.

Seems like some years Army signs some vets and clogs up the lineup, and we're like "man I'd rather see the prospects in the lineup", and then half the lineup is injured by the new year  then he can pull the Mo and say "getting the injured players back is like a trade"

Suter out could hurt, especially with other vets out, but it also kind of means we're sticking with Schenn at C for a while. That consistency could pay off. Now that Dvorsky is settling in, I think we should be fine to continue trending in the right direction.

We'll find out tonight. LGB!

The way Monty raves about Stenberg and getting PK time i dont see Otto going back unless his play falls off. Hes likely to get better and better with more NHL experience. Top 6 LW tonight

Well, for the fifth time in six games, Hofer will get another start, when Montgomery already tipped his hand and said the 25-year-old would start on Monday against the red-hot Buffalo Sabres, who come in on an eight-game winning streak.

I reckon that Suter has been playing hurt for a few weeks. His play tailed off quite a bit. If he comes back as strong as he was in the first quarter of the season, he will be most welcome.

Crazy! Right when we get 2 guys back another one goes down. On the positive side at least we didn’t lose him when those 2 guys were still out. We also have the forward depth with Stenberg, Fabbri, and Berg recently added.

Suter is a tough loss as he does so many little things right.

The horrible start will be hard to erase from the stat sheet. On a positive note, the Blues have more regulation wins than any team in the Pacific. THAT is amazing.

Wouldn’t pay too much attention there. It’s a combination of the brutal goaltending we got in the first month with a ton of 4-7 goals let up on 15-30 shots against. Binnington still giving us those numbers every other start.

Then there is the EN goal let up every game they are down all while almost all of the top 6 and top 4 defenders scoring well below their career averages
