Yah. But whateverslimjay63801 wrote: ↑22 Dec 2025 20:33 pmNah. 21 seconds in, they had plenty of time to right that ship. They just didn't.Jeff Goldblum wrote: ↑22 Dec 2025 20:28 pmWhen you are playing catch up after 30 seconds it changes the game plan.slimjay63801 wrote: ↑22 Dec 2025 20:21 pmWell. They are being outplayed. Once again, Binny isn't the reason why they are losing.Jeff Goldblum wrote: ↑22 Dec 2025 20:18 pm Dont let up 2 weak goals, one in the first minute, and this is a different game.

This is a tough one to swallow.
Gotta admit most of those goals arent Binnys fault but man this is one snake bit team.

This loss is completely on Montgomery. Just like the loss to the Ducks, starting Binner after a Hofer shutout. Same with the game at Boston and these are only games from this month I’m mentioning

The team plays like [shirt] in front of Binnington and every mistake ends up a goal no big saves.
That being said an elite checking team vs a team that makes a lot of mistakes not a good combination

And Vitale rags on Mailloux for 2 minutes on that play.

The moment a shot that was going 5 feet wide ends up going in off of Faulks shin pad I knew the hockey gods were not going to allow us to win this game.

3 deflections and a back door... but, sure
Re: GDT: Blues at Bolts 6:00 FanDuel
It seems fair to ask why other teams are somewhat consistently getting all these bounces and the Blues are not. Of course, the answer is apparent.moose-and-squirrel wrote: ↑23 Dec 2025 08:55 am3 deflections and a back door... but, sure

Yeah i noticed that too. Not a big fan of Vitale. I try to ignore the commentary.dhsux wrote: ↑23 Dec 2025 08:05 amAnd Vitale rags on Mailloux for 2 minutes on that play.

The first deflection was like 25 feet out and he was way out of position. The last goal was a dribbler along the ice that he should have had. The other two were tough deflections.moose-and-squirrel wrote: ↑23 Dec 2025 08:55 am3 deflections and a back door... but, sure

You have no idea what you are talking about. The tips were unstoppable. Aggressive redirects from side to side and from up to down. Skaters have to be aware at all times and tie up sticks. They were outmuscled last night pure and simple.Jeff Goldblum wrote: ↑23 Dec 2025 09:20 amThe first deflection was like 25 feet out and he was way out of position. 25 feet out? You clearly don’t understand the game. It’s 20 feet from the dot to the goal line. Binner was out challenging like he should, I’m guessing it was 12 feet from the tip to him…tops.Jeff Goldblum wrote: ↑23 Dec 2025 09:20 amThe first deflection was like 25 feet out and he was way out of position. Way out of position. Tip was far out. Should have had it. Changed the game plan 20 seconds into the game. So on and so forth.
