he would of been a perfect partner to be a co=owner with stillman, a billionaire who actually would write checks.

Actually from Washington, MO, but close enough.
Sadly, the longtime owners and proprietors around Augusta, MO have had their world turned upside down. The whole speculation regarding the plans for it becoming a major tourist "destination" sounded good, albeit questionably...and then the plug was pulled. Hey, I'm a 5th generation St. Louisan, would love to have seen it, but being from the Show-Me State required too much polishing to declare that.
