We gave Mikkola away, but yeah Broberg isn't bad, but where is Parayko and Fowler...they are bad, very bad.

I remember people on this board - last year - insisting Perunovich was a better skater than Mikkola

Minus the Holloway injury issues I’m still in shock how good these 2 guys are! They are both developing like top 10 picks (Bro was a top 10)

The other day I was thinking Holloway was the one player that we could least afford to lose. He had a slow start to the season but he finally got going. He was also one of our most physical forward. I was thinking that he could back off that a little simply because you want him in the line up. Broberg hasn't been the offensive force he was early last year, but he is a defensive force. You can see he's finding that offensive part of his game again.

We didn't give Mikkola away. He was part of a package that netted the Blues a 1st round pick.
The Rangers got him and they gave him away....letting him sign at seasons end in Florida.

I remember when the trade happened. I was a little stunned that he was included in the package. You can look at it different ways, but I thought Tarasenko was for a 1st and Mikkola was for a 2nd. I thought he was a player the Blues were looking for, a big physical defenseman.

Mikkola's potential was not recognized much here on this board.

To this day some call him a jag.

Them are the facts.

Really? Did someone post today that he's jag? I missed that. Who was it?

The last thread on him some months ago.

So yeah I assumed their opinions haven't changed.
