* Schenn not practicing today

Broberg-Parayko
Kessel-Faulk

* Tucker

Binnington
Hofer

Let the Otto Stenberg era begin. At least this, with DD and Mailloux gives me something interesting to watch

Add Schenn to the latest walking dead I guess? I have no idea if he returned after his fight. I couldn't stomach watching anything but high(low)lights after the 1st period.

Look at Fabbri. From waiver wire to 1st line winger. Speaks volumes about this team. Good for Fabbri tho....

He played the rest of the game. Did appear to favor his left shoulder or hand after the fight though

speaks volumes? The team is missing 3 top 6 guys in the lineup. 4 if you count Schenner by this post. You guys wanted tanking hockey. This is what it looks like. (maybe you not specifically, I dunno, but anyone with that sentiment.)

that 4th goal at the end of the 2nd was the backbreaker. It just can't go in.

Berggren and Schenn come in.

I would think Luff and McGing come out?

Probably right, although McGing has at least been noticeable in his few games. Although in a season like this one, wouldn’t mind seeing the Slovak center the two young Swedes. :lol:

Can you imagine going back to the year after the cup and be told that this would be the starting lineup in 5 years - ooof.

Who wants tanking? I've never said that. Is this tanking or just a desperate team trying to survive and performing horribly?
If your team is losing even when they are trying do you really need to tank? You might tank a game or 2 at the end but not a whole season.

thats why i put in the last line. im not saying you specifically, but per the people that talk in the GDT and overall, I'd venture it's about half the board wants the team to tank. I'm not saying this team is intentionally doing it, but this lineup is what a tanking lineup would resemble. The injuries have forced that kind of behavior.

Do you think other teams can lose half their forward lineup and still ice a group that looks impressive?

I was more talking about the names not being known. Even Walker, Holloway, Bjugstad would not be recognizable - just Kyrou.

To the not impressive, and if I were to criticize, there are no all-stars to be found at all on this team, injured or not.
Still and always a Blues fan. Just not optimistic for this year or next for a winning record.

On one of the recent threads when Fabbri was signed, I said he should be on Thomas' wing and will eventually make his way there. Here we are :lol:

It's what should have been the whole time...
