I am excited, mainly for Dunk & Egg (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms), I have had a handful of people tell me that is the best side story in the GOT universe. I feel that it will be good.

House of the Dragon season 2, to me, was a bit of a disappointment, and especially the last episode. Also, the year+++ between seasons doesn't help my old man memory.

I just hope GOT doesn't go the way of The Walking Dead, and make 117 spinoffs of which 1 and a 1/2 (maybe) are any good.

Yea, I am hopeful that the Dunk and Egg show will be good. Well, unless they just start making stuff up or dragging things to get more content, like if they do a whole new season based off original content because they want more than what GRRM wrote. If they just stick to what he wrote, I think it will be fine, because the books were good.

I also share your concerns about too many spinoffs.
