I didn't realize Flohockey's site was so expansive, thanks for the link! Their YouTube content is hit or miss.

I like Fischer as a prospect, he could be a Joel Edmundson / Marc Methot / Nick Holden type - penciled in as your #5 or #6 guy but can pair up and complement your franchise defensemen while providing physical defensive play.

Disappointed that Fischer or Ralph didn't make the USA WJC roster, especially after Ralph made it last year.

Ralph is ineligible this year (too old). USA holds a grudge against Americans playing Canadian juniors - that may be one reason why Fischer hasn’t been considered at all.

Glad Fischer was traded as Sarnia has been garbage the entire time Fischer has been there but I wish he had been traded to a better team. The Soo are pretty mid. But Fischer should help them a bit. He’ll get to experience a playoff round or two now at least.
