Game ticket question for Gator Bowl

Post by rezero »

Is there any advantage to Mizzou for ordering tickets off the MUTigers site verse other sites?

The capacity for EverBank Stadium is 68K. Average attendance for Gator Bowls is 52K. It's a buyers' market. If you buy from Mizzou, you'll get to sit with other Mizzou fans. Your decision.

I got the Gator Bowl email from Mizzou. When I looked for tickets, it looks like the upper (400) level is blocked out so capacity for the bowl might be less than the 68K regular capacity.

Yes. Mizzou Athletics gets a cut of the ticket sales.

Thanks. I thought I remembered that from last year when I posted my tickets. Plus like Marv said, much better to sit in a Mizzou crowd area :)
