I'm a shareholder in Warner Bros. I believe I received the stock through an AT&T spinoff.

What they're trying to buy is all of WB's studios and production facilities along with HBO and HBO-MAX. And their film library includes:
The Harry Potter series
DC Universe
LOTR
The Matrix series
Dune series

White House already looking askance. Probably expecting a major payoff.
