Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
Saw a clip a day or 2 ago where LA bound Woo….when asked by Stl Louis’s own Amsinger on MLB net indicated that NOOT was the most precious trade piece that Bloom is holding. This fella….a corner OFer

Yeah I saw that clip, they feel he is a Statcast darling that is due for a Grisham like breakout
Re: Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
What sort of magic Noot juice does that fella have…..to bamboozle all these “experts” every year? He’ll be 29 end of next seasonJobu's Rum wrote: ↑03 Dec 2025 15:54 pm Yeah I saw that clip, they feel he is a Statcast darling that is due for a Grisham like breakout

The only thing that Noot hasn't proven is that he can stay healthy.
When healthy, he is a great top of the lineup hitter who can get on base, and even thump from time to time. He would be a great piece in a championship competing lineup.

I guess the thinking is he played all season with bad heels which would have an impact on his production. I think he could have a really good season if he stays healthy the problem is I don’t think he can. But he will probably be like O’Neil cards will trade him then he will have a good season where he manages to stay somewhat healthy and the same ones that flamed him will be saying how stupid bloom was for trading him the same way they did with O’Neil in 2024 flaming mo for trading him

Are we on the same planet?

I count 6 individual months over the last 3 years in which he started at least 20 games and had an OPS below .681.
Besides the health issue, he's very inconsistent.

Re: Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
He was hurt all year. That's why he had surgery as soon as the season was over.
His last "healthy" season was 2023 and he had an OBP of .367 which is very good. It was 17th in all MLB that year.
Teams see that the potential is there. Staying healthy is the greatest obstacle.
the proof is in the interest from major league teams, obviously they see the upside.

If his poor heels were hurting that bad then why was he playing?? Team was out of it in 2nd halfOzziesfan41 wrote: ↑03 Dec 2025 16:05 pmI guess the thinking is he played all season with bad heels which would have an impact on his production. The excuses for this guy year after year are truly hilarious

I see, you’re telling me the Cards had a disabled OFer in the lineup for 135g this last season and poor fella could barely move which is why is stats were so below avg?? He had to run all over the OF the WHOLE season with 2 bad heels??ggnoobs wrote: ↑03 Dec 2025 16:09 pmHe was hurt all year. That's why he had surgery as soon as the season was over.

I’m not sure what’s worse……if that really happened or the story
Re: Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
Is Nootbaar tradable this off season until he proves he is healthy and can play.
Re: Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
And I will just say as an aside, that this is pathetic for baseball that the sport has gotten so bad that Noot is considered a borderline budding star. It's really kind of pathetic how bad hitters are outside the top 5 or so.
There's just not that many great hitters any more. In 2025, there were only 18 players with an OPS of .850 or above. Even just 15 years ago (2010) there were 35 players with an OPS of .850 or above. Hitters just suck now, mostly.

Re: Noot showing most interest per Ms Woo
Woo said during that interview that both the Cards and other team are looking past the surgery like its a non-issue.
Trade him NOW…..Seriously if these other teams think they’re getting some Jewel…..make the deal BLOOM
