Yeah um no bolduc did not do the same thing he was all finesse. Carbonneau is more of a power forward. I liked bolduc a lot but carbonneau is better . on a worse team

But Bolduc did NOTHING in the AHL (8 goals in 54 games; Kaskimaki btw has 15 gs in 79 AHL games so.....) and NOTHING with the Blues until Monty arrived. Red flags were already being discussed. Bolduc is currently averaging 20 goals in an 82 game season. AS we have ALL stated pretty sure Bolduc will be a 25 goal guy in the NHL, good forward no doubt. He was expendable in STL and probably wasnt worth anything more than Mailloux in a deal

The puck bounces everywhere there are Grade A scoring chances in so many junior games. Thats why guys who are elite finishers just romp but it’s like strength training tons of reps with no weight on the bar.

But he can’t be called up til his junior season is over. We should get to see him play for Team Canada in the WJC soon that should be a better test

Well genius the trade was made when everyone was healthy.

You don't hang onto every single prospect / decent player because a guy might burn his legs in November, or another have to have wrist surgery, or another take a shot to the chest.
