Army's kiss never fails - This time Bolduc

Post by a smell of green grass »

When Army gives away a player to another team, it is a long-lasting kiss. I expect to see Bolduc's name on the Cup soon.

Thanks Army.

Yes. Bolduc will do what Mcdavid, draisatl, iginla, bure, Matthews, Roy, hellebuyck, price, Hughes, giordano, karlsson, subban etc could not

Makes sense

The thread title has merit, although I say "almost never". Army's got a (bleep) good track record on trades. Even the Oshie trade netted us the guy who scored the winning goal against the Hawks sending us to the second round, ending in the WCF. Bolduc is an RFA next year, why pay him 4-6 mil when you have Kyrou, Holloway, Snuggerud, and now Justin Carbonneau coming? Logan is settling in and plays a position we are in need of. It's not rocket science. Can't get a young RD for a bag of practice pucks and an old training table.

Hopefully, Army learned his lesson and will consult you and this board before making team or business decisions going forward. He has no idea just more qualified we are here than he is there.

Ah, don't mind him, he's JAG. Glad I have him on ignore.

If Mailloux can get his defensive game to at least average and Jiricek can continue his growth the Blues will be looking quite good on the right side in the very near future.

I'm just never going to freak out over losing a guy who has 6 goals and 6 assists in 24 games and has gotten 85% of those points in 4 games.
