In what world is that first Ohio State touchdown a touch back?

Ohio State is pounding them!cardinalsfever44 wrote: ↑29 Nov 2025 11:28 am It sickens me that Michigan is going to beat Ohio State today to get into the CFP without having beaten anyone all year until today. The B1G is an absolute joke.

In a perfect world every team would be in a conference and the conference championship games would be win or out playoff games.icon wrote: ↑29 Nov 2025 08:20 am I don't care about the rest of the SEC. I'm a Missouri fan. And I can't stand Texas or Texas A&M, but I'm glad the Aggies lost. They had the softest SEC schedule maybe in history. Until they had to play Texas at Texas. And now some of their fans say they are happy that they lost and don't have to play in the SEC Championship Game.
UGA fans I'm not so sure are that happy because now they are at risk of losing 2 games as they have to play in the title game. If Alabama beats Auburn and UGA, they're probably going to be the SEC team that gets the bye in the CFP.
The SECCG needs to be eliminated now that the CFP is here. I couldn't blame teams that don't want to play in it when they're already headed for the playoffs. Why should the title game potentially be punitive? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

The system in place will never be completely fair when all the conferences have different amounts of teams in them. Once the big ten and sec suck up all the rest of the teams and have about 60 each, they should each create 6 10 team divisions. Each team can then play the 9 teams in their division and then an out of conference game or some inter division games. Each division can then have a championship game for the top 2 teams with each winner getting an auto bid and then 4 at large teams for a 16 team playoff or get rid of championship games altogether and the top 2 teams each get in and another 8 at large for a 32 team playoff. Every year the divisions get updated based off the previous seasons ranking to keep the divisions balanced with a healthy amount of good middling and bad teams. This will never happen but it would fun to see instead of seeing people whine every week about the sec not getting 12 teams into the cfp.

I said this a year ago but it's not gonna happen because the conference wants the $$$.icon wrote: ↑29 Nov 2025 08:20 am I don't care about the rest of the SEC. I'm a Missouri fan.
