Have any of you spotted any Rule V possibilities that could help next season?

Especially, a starting pitcher. https://www.justbaseball.com/prospects/ ... e-5-draft/ Could Burkhalter help the Cardinals in /26?

Blake Burkhalter, Hayden Mullins, Peyton Pallette all look interesting to me.

It seems this would be a budget friendly way to add a decent starting pitcher to at least the back end of the rotation.
