Mf'r needs to shoot more....a whole lot more. They know he's passing and are eating him up. He's small and not aggressive, he has no choice, he has to shoot more when he has the opportunity.
Yup. SOG have been going down the past 3 years
He had a 170 S.O.G. in 24. And you know what, he had 86 points. I thought he had finally figured out you to have to shoot in this league if he wants to be a great passer. With no fear of shooting, the defense cheats to his wingers and no one scores. Filthy shot tonight and I have no idea why he, or the rest of the team doesn't shoot more. I heard Monty preaching it, but there is no one in the church apparently.
Great post and right on the money. I’m starting to think Thomas is just dumb. Overall dumb, hockey dumb, whatever….maybe both. We go thru this every year where he all but refuses to shoot. I agree with you that I thought he figured it out after his success last season, but we are right back to the same thing this year. Hopefully the snipe last night convinces him to shoot more because the Blues are better when he does…….but I’m not getting my hopes up.

Blues are soft...been that way for a few years.
Just watched the Hawks/Wild. Despite being more talented their top players just play with more balls and fire.
Thomas was gross tonight. I seriously thought he had a shot at the Olympics at the start of the year.
Thomas atleast shoots the puck on net now...best player on the ice game in, game out...but the Tempur softness of Tempur himself never left the Blues. Being Benn's La-Z-Boy never left them, the culture of softness is one of the many reasons this team is garbage. I thought Monty would fix this, but he has no idea what to do.
Monty cannot fix personality, soft players. Parayko is not gonna become a Pronger. Heck the smallest guys on the team have the most gumption in Walker and Binner.
