Big fireworks begin this offseason

My question was "I wonder how 2026 ticket sales are going?"

Ticket sales are as important as a rebuild. The sooner the "Big fireworks begin" the better the ticket sales will be. And I always thought it was about ticket sales at this time of the year. Otherwise, attendance will be worse in 2026 than it was 2025.

I hope we don't become the "St. Louis Browns" all over again. Which by the was owned by Bill DeWitt.

I saw a Cardinals ticket commercial this AM…..I guess it was for a package where you get free food??? It showed people opening a clothes dryer with chocolate chip cookies in it……Hot dogs in the garage….. 8O
Suppose if you don’t have actual PLAYERS to build marketing around you show extremely overpriced (bleep) food???

Not well from what I've been told by my A.E.

For the first time in over a decade I cut mine from four season tickets to two due to dwindling demand from customers in 2025.

It would have been really cool to have Skinflint Bill dressed as Scrooge McDuck counting his coins in the bowels of Busch III.

Not complaining. Just saying it cost them $20 million to correct another Mo blunder. Again, I wonder how 2026 ticket sales are going.

Yeah, you’re right in a sense.

But I think the team paid 20m to get a better return.

One hell of a $20 mill gamble for a pitcher who will be 26 in a couple of weeks with a 2 - 5 career record and another who hasn't pitched above class A baseball. I guess we can hope.
