Neither Clarke or Fitts Acquired By Bloom

Clarke was drafted in 2024 and Fitts came from the Yankees in the Verdugo deal…which was made AFTER Bloom was fired. So, his “knowledge” of the Red Sox system doesn’t factor into this deal.

Hopefully he and his team did a deep dive into every other team's minor league system to prepare for dealing Gray, Donovan, Arenado, etc. this offseason so they knew which prospects they wanted.

I guess I dont understand the point of this thread. GMs have "knowledge" of all the prospects they pursue. Im sure Bloom had intel on them last year when he acquired Blaze from them. GMs through their scouts, have the book on prospects. It doesn't matter who drafted them.
