$10 or $11M? that is too high for him and what he has shown. i'd give a 2 year bridge at $4.5M per. make him earn the next big contract monetarily wise length i'd still max at 3 years only. these 8 year $8M pers are killing this team and Steen when he takes over.......thanks to Army.
