Missouri vs Arky Opening Line
Missouri by 2.5 vs 2-9 overall, 0-7 in SEC. I think this game is very important for Mizzou and Drink, a once promising playoff team would end up 7-5 overall and 3-5 in the SEC with a season ending loss to a winless SEC team. A win ends the season on a positive note and a loss has lingering repercussions for Drink, Mizzou, and recruiting. What do you think?

I agree. Arky has decent offense, lousy defense. Could wind up being a track meet.Lightning Rod wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 14:21 pm Missouri by 2.5 vs 2-9 overall, 0-7 in SEC. I certainly think it's an important game for the reasons you have given and also to spank those god forsaken full of themselves toothless "fans" down there to their lowest possible level.Lightning Rod wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 14:21 pm Missouri by 2.5 vs 2-9 overall, 0-7 in SEC. Re: Missouri vs Arky Opening Line
Arky has played a lot of good teams very well (almost beat A&M and Ol Miss). They’re about as hard luck as it gets. MUCH better than their record. Agree about the defense, but that offense can put up points and they have a dynamic QB. We’ll need to score 25-30 to win.MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 15:01 pmI agree. They’re probably the best 0-7 team in the history of the SEC. And at their place, the way we’ve dominated them since joining the SEC, they’re going to be out for blood.

Might be a good time to tender an offer to Petrino about the OC job for next season starting with the bowl game.

100%. One thing Petrino knows is how to run an offense.11WSChamps wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 15:46 pm Might be a good time to tender an offer to Petrino about the OC job for next season starting with the bowl game.

Not sure Drinkwitz' ego would permit that or if the university would support him coming here with past baggage.rezero wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 16:40 pm100%. Maybe he's grown up who knows....I also don't think Drink would want his personality in the program.'
All opinion.
Re: Missouri vs Arky Opening Line
I don’t think a really good OC will come unless he has autonomy. It doesn’t seem Moore has that…at least I hope he’s not that bad all by himself.MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 15:52 pmI could see that being a good move. I’d take Petrino as OC in a heartbeat. That would be a home run. Baggage and all.11WSChamps wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 17:10 pmNot sure Drinkwitz' ego would permit that or if the university would support him coming here with past baggage.rezero wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 16:40 pm100%. Re: Missouri vs Arky Opening Line
And a really good OC ain't coming here with Beau Pribula as QB. And you know he will be QB next year no matter what if Drinkwitz is here. Drinkwitz was raving about Pribula's guts postgame. Forget his failures throughout the game and putting up just 6 points. Guts is all that matters.Rantz wrote: ↑23 Nov 2025 18:58 pmI don’t think a really good OC will come unless he has autonomy.
