Who you gonna replace him with? Pretty sure he’s earned the right to go out on his own. I can’t see Stillman firing him.
Oh of course not, Stillman doesn't have the wherewithal to do that.

But I certainly will not miss Armstrong making a trade and then the posts about what a masculine baller pro he is ... if that sounds familiar at all ...
Not really sounding familiar. A lot worse GM’s than Army out there and we aren’t getting Zito so I’ll gladly keep Army the rest of the year. How Steen works out remains to be seen but I’m sure Army will have some sort of advisory role for Steen.
In fairness, if my sig was invested in Armstrong's masculinity as a purported badass I would probably forget that too ... I am just saying I am glad that's passed now

Between Devo and Suggy, the future looks bright. Both of those boys have cannons.

It’s like the puck is repelled by his stick. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen a player more snakebit than him ever

Really hoping the Blues put together a solid period here. Starting to see the forwards move the puck and skate, which should lead to someone getting open. Just need to get set and fire it.

No need to give it away on dump and changes. Just stop with that loser mentality. When the forwards hold it and skate the team is a lot tougher to defend against, especially when everyone is finishing out their checks.

Last 5 of the second I was genuinely excited how the team was playing. We should keep the pedal down.

Seems like the 2 Power plays kinda got them going. They actually had some quality shots along with the goal.

Sorry to throw some other thoughts in to the Asylum game talk, BUT I listened to the Toronto announcer Joe Bowen driving home during the 1st period. It was great, I could understand what was happening in the game. I could tell when the puck was cleared from the defensive zone and which player had the control of the puck, refreshing. The high lite call was " the Blues lead 1-0 and Toronto has scored the only goal". Clever. Referring to the leafs DE putting the puck into his own net [credited to Walker].
The quirk to the pbp was him calling #55 Parry-a-ko.... odd.

He just keeps getting worse too. I used to be a fan but I'm on year 3 of wondering what is wrong with him. Dudes got the worst case of the yips I ever seen. Just bumbles everything that comes his way.

I'm no hockey coach but I'd like to see Snuggy on the other wing instead of the slot on the PP.
