It was the Cardinals who gave him the NTC, why did he "screw them over" because he didn't want to go to the stros' after they let Tucker go?
Blame Mo for giving him the NTC, not NADO for exercising his RIGHT to say "no" w/o being the bad guy.
Extending the number of teams he'd now accept a trade to does indeed HELP the Cardinals out.
However, the Cardinals almost certainly would have gotten a better return for him coming off his 2024 season than his 2025 season. So exercising his NTC screwed the Cardinals in getting a return that would help the team.
The CARDINALS GAVE NADO the NTC, he didn't hold them up for one!
We have no idea what the return MIGHT have been, if anything it likely would've been a low level suspect as this would've still been a salary dump.
Again, you keep acting like every player you want traded is going to being back some great prospect who becomes that 4-5 fWAR player you keep talking about.
